- Nearest train station : Tezpur

- Best season : Mid October till mid May.
- Indian National needs to obtain ILP ( Inner line permit) and for foreign nationals RAP is required ( restricted area permit) from Arunachal Resident Commissioner from Delhi, Kolkata and Guwahati. The local Arunachal tour operator can also obtain permits on behalf of both Indian and Foreign clients.
- The foreign tourists can obtain the Protected Area Permit from all Indian Missions abroad, Home Ministry, Govt. of India and Home Commissioners, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. Or we can get permits for our guests.
- Climate : Other than greater and middle Himalayas, the climate condition of Arunachal is mainly tropical monsoon with hot wet summer and cool dry winter. It is one of the wettest areas in the World with annual rainfall from less than 1500 mm to 4000 mm.
- We will be getting Forest permits for our guest in Eagle nest area. Forest permits can be applied with DFO , Pakke. Also one can pay Forest entry directly at Rangers office at forest entry point at Ramaling.
- Eagle nest area can be explored by motorable road from Tenga town always to the lower areas of Kheylong & Assam.
- Walking is allowed in all parts of eagle nest.
- On request of guest we can arrange all pick ups & transfers from any connecting airport or Train station.
- We can book Birding guides & accommodation at any points like Guwahati / Nameri / lama Camp / Dirang / Kaziranga etc. Pls contact us for further information.
What to Carry?
Personal medical requirements and insect repellent. Travelling light is a good idea, one duffel bag and a day pack per person, Camera , Extra Batteries, Headlamps , Leach guards, Sun block lotion, Flashlight
What to wear?
Jungle Colors such as beige, brown, khaki and olive green which are least disturbing to the environment and therefore most appropriate comfortable safari clothes and shoes made for easy walking are recommended. Light woollens are suggested for the summer months. Effective winter clothing for winter season .Rain gear is essential for all season.

Cancellation charges are 30 days before arrival date 25%, 21 days before arrival date 50%, 15 days before arrival date 90%, 7 days before arrival date 100% of the total itinerary cost.
Remaining balance to reach Asian Adventures at least 30 days before tour commencement by wire transfer (to bank account stated above) or by sending a cheque made payable to Asian Adventures to the above address. Alternatively you can pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
